Join us in the present moment during Mindful Mornings, where we focus on creative practices that promote mindfulness and self-regulation. Our program encourages campers to cultivate awareness and inner calm through engaging in various artistic activities.

Through mindfulness exercises, artistic expression, and relaxation techniques, we will learn valuable skills for staying grounded and focused.
